Assessment of repeated home visits to the same patient. The figures are system-wide, not per teaching site: this assessment table has no column linking it to a rotation, so there is no honest way to narrow it down.

Longcase case reports

Case submissions from the summative form: one row per patient followed by a student with an AHS doctor through at least two home visits. Only counts and the distribution of diagnoses from the titles are shown; each case report contains patient records and is not linked on the public page.

The distribution is counted from keywords in case titles; a case with comorbidities falls into more than one group. This distribution is used in the economic-benefit estimate in the Economic Benefits evidence item.

Clinical logbook

Students' daily clinical activity records across the system. Preceptor verification shows that an entry has been reviewed.
