Indelible
History is append-only. Every event is recorded with its actor, reason, and date — and is never overwritten by what comes after.
JEJAK — Indonesian for “trail” — records the journey of everyone in health professions education, longitudinally and indelibly: from pre-clinical student, to clinical clerkship, to residency, and back again as a lecturer and an alumnus mentoring the next cohort. One identity, one portfolio, across an entire career.
One Mini-CEX, one OSCE, one written exam — each is a single point. JEJAK reads the direction and density of every trace across seven assessment instruments, then builds them into competency judgements that can be defended before academic committees and accreditation assessors.
History is append-only. Every event is recorded with its actor, reason, and date — and is never overwritten by what comes after.
Competence is inferred from patterns across many data points, not from a single verdict on a single exam day.
Switch role contexts without signing out. The record stays attached to one identity, across an entire career.
Early detection of at-risk students, academic progress committees, remediation, cohort analytics, and health workforce projections — all read from the same record.
Networks of clinical training sites, partner communities, social accountability, and academic partnerships — the real-world ground where every competency leaves its mark.
Every OSCE, CBT, Mini-CEX, DOPS, and Progress Test score that enters JEJAK is mapped automatically to a competency area. Study programs can define their own competency areas as they need. The competency radar and cohort percentile curves show where each student stands against their cohort — not just pass or fail, but which direction they are growing.
JEJAK’s algorithm scans for late logbooks, repeated OSCE/CBT failures, missed rotations, professionalism flags from preceptors, stagnant EPA levels, and IPE absences — then flags at-risk students before problems grow. Response is tiered: the Program Counselling Team is the first line, with a confidential referral route to the Counselling Unit and escalation to the Head of Program when needed.
Beyond assessment and early warning, JEJAK connects clinical learning, research, partnerships, and health workforce planning in one shared database.
A 6-step case & procedure logbook wizard, site rotations, and GPS attendance with real-time preceptor verification.
From pre-clinical to alumni on one identity — reflections, certificates, and achievements kept with no time limit.
Integrated with OpenAlex, CrossRef, and ORCID; research roadmaps, faculty expertise, and proposal review in one workflow.
Accreditation evidence mapped to WFME standards and Indonesia’s national medical education standards (SNPPDI), ready for LAM-PTKes/BAN-PT assessors to trace at any time.
A registry of registration and practice licences (STR/SIP), gap analysis, and health workforce projections for partner regions.
Monitoring of MoUs and cooperation agreements, student exchange, and international office programs in one dashboard.
Tracer studies, CME/CPD credits, professional certification, and further career paths that stay connected to the alma mater.
Summarises daily notes, suggests writing improvements, and tidies dictation — speeding up the work of preceptors and lecturers.
GPS verification across network hospitals, primary health centres, and clinics, plus a training-site distribution map and preceptor governance — closing the clinical attendance loopholes that are easily abused in institutions with wide site networks.
Automatic similarity detection for undergraduate theses, master’s theses, and final projects — answering the increasingly strict academic integrity scrutiny from Indonesia’s higher education authority.
The full JEJAK User Guide is only available after signing in — here is a summary by module group, so institutions can judge the depth of the platform before creating an account.
Everyone who touches health professions education leaves a footprint — and JEJAK gives each of them their own way in, with the right access rights and a single, unified history.
